I have been working in software engineering and technology since 2011, and in leadership since 2020. I currently work as in Engineering Leadership at Yelp.

In January 2022, I started creating content for LinkedIn centering around compassionate leadership and levelling up not only the next generation of engineering leaders but the current generation.

I have grown my online following to >55,000 amazing people and life has changed a bit. I have spoken at some of the industries biggest events, write a popular newsletter and mentored many impressive individuals.

Up next for me is a series of live events I am leading on the topic of mental health and I am working to create online courses for software engineering leaders.
